Buck Bierly, President
30+ years of commercial banking experience
Buck’s career has been spent specializing in improving the top-line revenue of regional and community banks.
As a sales and marketing manager, he acquired a reputation as a business development troubleshooter and was frequently assigned to business units that required significant improvement in revenue generation.
Buck is and has been a frequent speaker at American Bankers Association, Consumer Bankers Association, and RMA conferences. He has published articles in The Journal of Credit and Risk Management and Commercial Lending Review.
His white papers and newsletters on banking sales and sales management are distributed to over 500 banks each quarter.
Ned Miller, Senior Vice President
20+ years of commercial banking experience
Ned has a long history in banking and an extensive consulting background. Before Joining MZ Bierly, Ned was a relationship manager and team leader at Citibank and at the Philadelphia National Bank.
He was also the Director of Chapters and Memberships for the Risk Management Association (RMA) where he built a series of programs to address business development issues. Some of the programs he developed include Real Estate Fundamentals, and Problem Loan Strategies.
Before joining RMA, Ned spent two years with The Richardson Company, delivering sales, sales management and negotiations training to bankers in the U.S., Canada and various countries in Latin America.
